Why we exist
Many people in Somalia want to learn skills that help them find work or grow a business, but long courses, expensive fees and slow internet get in the way. We make short, practical courses in simple English that work well on any phone.
How learning works here
- Short lessons. Each lesson takes about 10 minutes and is light on mobile data.
- Learn at your own pace. Your progress is saved, so you can stop and continue any time.
- Quizzes that help you remember. Every course ends with a short quiz.
- A certificate you can prove. Pass the course and get a certificate with a code that anyone can check online.
- Pay your way. Many courses are free. Paid courses are a one-time payment with EVC Plus, Zaad, Sahal or eDahab.
What you can learn
We start with the skills people ask for most: digital skills (computers and Microsoft Excel), starting a small business, and everyday English. More courses are added over time.
